LOS ANGELES (CN) – Charlie Sheen has been sued by a woman who claims a character in his hit TV show, “Two and a Half Men,” is based on her and her past relationship with Sheen.

Ursula Auburn claims she was romantically involved with Sheen from 1992 to 1998, and acknowledges that she “was always the more interested of the two and in many ways pursued Sheen.” She claims Sheen has invaded her privacy and inflicted emotional distress by basing the TV character Rose on her.

Rose is a “‘wacky neighbor’ and female ‘stalker’ … who had a one-night-stand with Harper (Sheen’s character) before the show started and keeps on ‘popping in’ his house through the veranda in the most unusual moments, openly expressing her goal of conquering Harper,” the Superior Court complaint states Auburn claims Rose’s age, dress, and acts all are based upon her, and that “several of the events involving Rose and Sheen’s character on the show mirror incidents that occurred between Auburn and Sheen”. She seeks more than $1 million. She is represented by Jeffrey Huron.
