KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — A man accused of selling footage of his girlfriend having sex with a dog will be arraigned next month.

Steven Baker, 53, of Klamath Falls told investigators he made $12,000 by selling the videotapes to a company in Denmark, according to court records.

Both Baker and his girlfriend, 49-year-old Kim Baalbergen, were arrested on charges of sexual assault of an animal. Sheriff Tim Evinger of Klamath County said the couple’s dog, Max, is now in the custody of the local humane society.
