Porn Valley- This January, Dane/DaneHardcore will celebrate its 10th anniversary. The Chatsworth based company, best known for its young college girl theme, and lately for a more hardcore line of dvds, is in the process of going into some other areas of the adult business.

Big Bob, company vice-president, states the company now is very healthy, getting out at least 2 new releases eachmonth, and has distribution deals with some major adult studios. “I feel that because we are honest with distributors and our store accounts, we have been able to establish a relationship that goes beyond order taking and calling our customers for sales,” he says.

“I had my own business for 44 years, and I know the importance of building a good relationship with our clients. The same is true of the talent and technical people we use in our films. They never have to worry if a check is good. The most important aspect of our business is the relationships we develop. I want our customers to call me and tell me their needs, and I will do my best to fill these. While I know there are many sleazy people in this industry, ones that steal money, lie and cheat, I can honestly say the vast majority of the folks I have met and spoke to are just fabulous, and a joy to deal with.

“Dane is basically a small family oriented company, with just 6 employees, but we operate like we are 3 times that amount. Because of the small group, we are able to be on a more personal level with our customers, and I love that aspect of the biz.
