One look at Courtney Cox and you know she don’t put out.

from www.nypost.com – David Arquette yesterday pulled back the sheets on his split with wife Courteney Cox, crassly griping about the death of their sex life — and boasting of his “manly” fling with a Tinseltown cocktail-slinger.

“I had sex with [the] girl once . . . maybe twice,” Arquette said of waitress Jasmine Waltz [pictured], a Hollywood hanger-on whose exes reportedly include TV personality Ryan Seacrest and singer Jesse McCartney.

Waltz, 28, also starred in two episodes of “Dirt,” a 2008 TV show starring Cox and executive-produced by Arquette.

“My sexual encounter made me feel pretty manly,” Arquette said of his tryst.

The actor made the comments when calling in to pal Howard Stern’s Sirius radio show yesterday morning. On Monday, he and “Cougar Town” star Cox, 46, announced they were separating after 11 years of marriage.

Arquette, 39, said he was “feeling distance” from Cox when they headed to Michigan earlier this year to film “Scream 4.” (The couple met on the set of 1995’s “Scream.”)

“We haven’t had sex in a month by that time,” Arquette said. “Since then, it’s been four months or so.”

Sex with Cox, he said, was “beautifully passionate” but “methodical” and “scheduled to a certain degree.”

He told Stern that Cox initiated the split in June, shortly after their 11th wedding anniversary.

“She gave me the motorcycle and said she didn’t want to be my mother anymore . . . she doesn’t want to nag me anymore.”

He said they had an agreement that each could see other people.

“She knows she’s not f–king me, and she’s like, ‘Listen, I want you to be able to do whatever you have to do,’ ” Arquette said.

“Essentially, I’m free to see people.”

But Arquette blasted reports that he’s dating Waltz as “bulls- -t!”

“In my defense,” he said, “I didn’t go out and f–k everything in the f–king world. It’s one girl, and all the best for her. I’m never going to do anything with her again.”

A manager for Waltz didn’t return calls.

Waltz’s long list of former flames includes Rod Stewart’s son, Sean, and actor Chris Pine.

Over the summer, Waltz reportedly popped Lindsay Lohan in the kisser at the star’s birthday bash at Voyeur, a Vegas bar where Waltz was working.

On Stern’s show, Arquette said he wants to patch things up with Cox, with whom he has a 6-year-old daughter, Coco.

“I’ve been begging Courteney to get back with me,” he said. “She’s the greatest woman in the world.”
