Pittsburgh – from www.examiner.com – On Friday morning prior to the munchkins showing up to daycare, police raided the R&B Childcare Services in Homewood.

What police found was disturbing, certainly not the types of things that a daycare is known for. Sex toys and pornography was found lying around the children’s playroom. In addition, police confiscated $6,000 worth of crack cocaine during the bust.

R&B Childcare Services owner, Reanell Booker, 50, was taken into custody by police and now she faces drug charges, and could face child endangerment charges.

According to WPXI in Pittsburgh, Booker is licensed by the state to run the daycare and take care of children. She has no prior arrests on her record.

Nearby daycare owners hope this doesn’t tarnish their reputations as safe, caring, quality daycare centers.

Parents whose kids attended R&B must now search for a new facility. One mother told Channel 11, “There are no words to explain when you hear your son is going to a day care where drugs are being sold…sex toys…and there are children there all day.”
