And whatever happened to that story about James supposedly stealing money from Joslyn James on what we might assume is that same shoot?

Of course James is the innocent, aggrieved party in all matters. We know that. James, in an interview with Examiner.com who claim they talked to her without compensation on her part, is still insisting that Tiger Woods is the father of her nine year old son, Austin. Even though stories came out this week about a DNA test pretty much putting a squelch to those claims.

Adding the boo hoo element to convince you of her sincerity, James also spoke about her tumultuous childhood and her relationship with her mother, who has custody of Austin and her other children, and the abuse that she has apparently suffered throughout her life.

“Many have seen the photos of Devon James with her face bruised and swollen from a domestic battery case,” writes www.examiner.com

“Devon revealed that it was her mother, Sandra Brinling, who sold the photos to the press. Not only does Devon state that she had nothing to do with the photo leak, but she said she never leaked the story regarding Tiger’s suspected paternity to the media either.”

“The truth is, I was not the person who came out in the media,” James said. “I was having a weak moment on set getting ready to film, and I opened up and started talking about my son.”

“Someone on that set leaked it to the press. I did not do one interview through the whole thing, yet my mother was accusing me in the press for doing it for money!”

On the abuse photos that were publicized on Radar Online and in Splash News Devon states, “There were also pictures put in the press with a false story attached to it. My mother sold pictures to the press of me when I had gotten beaten up. She claimed it was my current husband who did it to me. I was on drugs and had been gone for a few days and got beaten up (not from my husband).”

James is also claiming that she suffered childhood sexual abuse from a neighbor and that her mother, not only knew about, but joked about it in a letter.

James also said she’s not aware of a former paternity test naming another man, Pela Lacruz Watkins, as the father.

Sandra Brinling, James’ mother, has publicly accused her daughter of being a pathological liar and said that her story about Tiger Woods is false. Devon responded to her mother’s allegations, “What type of mother would lie to the press and sell out her daughter’s pictures and her grandson so she can make money?”
