Porn Valley- With nary a mention about publicly advertising a blowbang to be held at some local hotel in Woodland Hills, Lisa Sparxxx, during the course of her KSEX show, www.ksexradio.com, last week, stood up for the intellectual capacities of some porn actresses, noting that they’re not all airheads as is generally perceived.
It was mentioned that Daphne Rosen is going for a Ph.D. Sparxxx said Rosen was very smart and came to a set one time with a stack of school books, all set to study for a test. Sparxxx said a lot of dancers also work their way through school. “The girls are always in the back studying, ‘I’m going to be a doctor or a lawyer.’ [Aurora Snow who wasn’t mentioned is going to law school.]
It was also noted that the late Taylor Summers was studying for a degree in psychology. Sparxxx also remarked about how smart Asia Carrera is. Sparxxx’s cohost Girth Brooks read off some of Carrera’s academic honors including her standing in the National Mathematics League and the National Honors Society. “She played classical piano and taught English in Japan,” said brooks. “The list goes on. There’s some pretty smart girls out there.”
Sparxxx also pointed out that AIM’s Sharon Mitchell was now a doctor. “And she started AIM which is like the biggest thing in our industry. You can’t say that people aren’t smart.” Sparxxx also mentioned that she was going to see Prince who was still in town, that a friend of hers had a meeting and she was tagging along presumably as eye candy. Asked by Brooks if she was going to do him, Sparxxx said Prince was “disgusting”.
“I’m not Carmen Elektra,” she said. “He’s just not cute. There’s nothing attractive about him at all.” Sparxxx said while she loves his music, she thinks that a man who has to wear boots to be taller and wears purple doesn’t cut it.
Nonetheless, Spraxxx predicted that Prince wouldn’t hit on her. “I think he’s married now.” Sparxxx noted that Prince used to date Carmen Elektra. “She’s a hot piece of ass in any sense of the word. If she walked in here, I’m having a lesbian love affair.” On the other hand, Sparxxx who was scheduled to go to the premier of Jamie Foxx’s new movies. “Jamie Foxx I would not turn away,” she said. “Jamie Foxx I would not kick out of bed.”
Brooks observed that Foxx supposedly issued a warning about not looking Prince in the eyes. “You look him in the eye and it’s done with. he’s going to have his way.” Sparxxx supposed if she looked Prince in the eye she wasn’t getting out of the room. “I may never make it back. I’ll be stuck in Prince land.”
Sparxxx said she also had a few mainstream irons in the fire but didn’t want to talk about things lest she jinx anything.”That’s why they think we’re so dumb, because when girls to try to go from porn to mainstream it never works. There’s never been a successful girl other than Traci Lords. She’s almost as successful as you can get. Even with Jenna Jameson, she’s still going to be Jenna Jameson and everyone’s like, oh, she was in porn.”
Sparxxx said a lot of girls in the industry would love to make that transition. “You can tell your parents about it.” Sparxxx said she told her mother about some her pending interviews knowing that it would make her feel better about what she did. “She can’t stand what I do- it drives her up the wall.” Sparxxx said she didn’t tell her mother for months what she did, other than to say that she was modeling. “Then I had to go do a magazine shoot in Miami. I broke it to her.”
Sparxxx asked her mother if she knew who Ron Jeremy was. Her mother said no and Sparxxx informed her that Jeremy was probably the most famous male porn star behind John Holmes. Her mother knew that Holmes was dead. “For me it was not a good example to give to my mother. A dead guy who died of AIDS. Not a good example.” Sparxxx’s mother then asked how she knew Ron Jeremy.
Sparxxx said her mother will be okay about things one day then the next inclined to change the subject. “I have to tread lightly with what I say.” Sparxxx said everyone in her family knows what she does except for her brother.
“I don’t know how long that’s going to last. He’s a bible-beater. That’s why I don’t want to tell him. I’m going to be hell and damnation.” Brooks said he lives with his girlfriend and that his family have mixed reviews about what he does. “But they’re all cool.” Brooks said he and his mother used to exchange porn movies. Sparxxx thought the idea was dysfunctional. Brooks said it wasn’t like they sat down and watched them together.
“We’re comfortable enough to say I’m an adult; you’re an adult. This is what I like.” Sparxxx said she was kidding and thought it was nice he didn’t have to hide things under the bed. Brooks said it was different before he was 18, however, that she’d look under his bed, find his porn and ground him. “I rebelled.”
Sparxxx said when her father found out what she did, he wanted to put her over his knee. “I’m going to bend you over my knee and spank your ass. If it makes you feel better go for it but it’s not going to change anything.”
Sparxxx said she hasn’t talked to her father since Christmas. “I sent him a trading card that I had gotten made. On the envelope I said open with caution because it’s work-related. If you don’t want to see it, don’t open it.” On the other hand, Sparxxx said her stepmother is very cool with the idea. “She thought it was like the greatest thing ever.” Sparxxx said the package got there Christmas eve but that’s the last time she and her father have talked. “I guess I could have called, too, but I figure he already would have called.”
Sparxxx said she also envied Seymore Butts and his family. “They have that whole little business-thing going on. A lot of companies are like that. Platinum X- Jewel de’Nyle, her family works for her. Her mom and dad work in the office. Have you ever seen her scenes? She takes control. They’ve very intense that’s why it’s funny to see her mom and dad in there. Her mom’s cute. It’s so hilarious when you go in there. I’ve seen your daughter take some poundings!”
Brooks then told a story about how he got pulled over by the cops in Palm Springs. “I was getting on the freeway and I saw Rebecca Love- she was getting pulled over by the Highway Patrol.” But Brooks said the following day he was on his way to KSEX and was stopped for a cracked windshield. “I’m driving without a license.” Sparxxx asked why is that.
“Because I’m black,” Brooks replied.
Sparxxx suggested that he could resolve that issue by going to the DMV. “Illegal immigrants and black people- they give them licenses.”
Asked if he had a DUI, Brooks said he had a BUI- boating under the influence. Brooks explained that it happened at Lake Havasu and he was taken to a jail cell. “That’s a big fine. Something like $1400. It’s worse than a DUI.” Nothing that it had no bearing on a regular driver’s license, Sparxxx wanted to know what affected Brooks’ driving license. Brooks said it started with a speeding ticket and he didn’t go to court. “It was too far. I lived out in the high desert. Court was in San Bernardino. I said fuck it.”
On the windshield episode, Brooks said the cop was cool about it and made Brooks’ girlfriend drive. When Brooks asked if they could get paperwork to note that they had already been pulled over for a cracked windshield, the cops said he could give him a ticket. “But I didn’t get a ticket. he let me go.” Sparxxx suspected that was because Brooks had a cute little white girl with him. “He said I shouldn’t have to worry about the windshield unless you get a dickhead cop. I said I’m glad you’re not one.”
Sparxxx said she wasn’t intimidated by the sight of a cop car. “My friend that’s a CHP, he gave us a card,” she explained. “Every time I’ve ever gotten pulled over, I always pull the card out and make up some story like he’s related to me somehow. I always get out of tickets.” Brooks suggested that maybe a titty flash would do just as well.
“You don’t want to do that,” Sparxxx warned, noting that it was sexual harassment. “It’s like bribery. A lot of times the cop is like a dick. He’ll be, what are you trying to bribe me for? So I’ve never done that. I tried to get out of a ticket one time and it didn’t work. It was when I had a six year old in the back sleeping or crying. And I’m speeding on an old back road. He pulled me over and was being such an ass. I’m like, dude, I got on the gas because I’m passing this car and I slowed back down. He pulled me over and she’s bawling. He’s like I don’t care. This is going to take five minutes of your time. And he wrote me a fuckin’ ticket.”
Brooks suggested using an explosive diarrhea story the next time.
