Hey Ladies, agents, and talent…
I am sending out this bulletin to warn you about a guy booking fake shoots. Last week I was booked on a job through my agency..a b/b/g scene for a guy who calls himself Gavin Marx. I was told it was an Internet shoot and the location was an upscale hotel in Universal city. I was told the male talent was Donnie Long and Scott Lyons.
When I arrived early, I discovered the room number I was given did not exist. After waiting for the agency to contact Gavin to no avail, I decided to call Scott for correct info.
Scott proceeded to tell me that there was a guy a few months back booking fake shoots with girls at nice hotels and the rooms don’t exist. Apparently, he is consistently using Scott’s name to convince girls it’s legit. When he told me the name was Gavin Marx, I was completely shocked and freaked out. I had been waiting in the lobby for nearly thirty minutes before we knew this wasn’t real.
My major concern is this… if this creep will take the time to go through agencies and book fake shoots… why is he doing this? My guess is that he is getting off on it. I think he sits back in the lobby and watches us get frazzled because things aren’t working out… kinda like a serial killer hanging out at the scene of his crime. Yes its a little dramatic on my part…but I would rather be safe than sorry. Next time he might actually have a room and who knows what could happen.
To summarize it all up, his name is Gavin Marx. He books scenes using Scott Lyon’s name as a reference. The contact number he gives is never a real number where he can be reached. The shoots are always said to be in hotel rooms.
This was a big wake-up call for me. I’m a seasoned veteran and I didn’t use my better judgement. It won’t happen again.
Scott Lyon’s totally saved me from god knows what. I am very thankful.

Amber Rayne-Amber was a joy to work with, she gave 150%, and clearly cared very much about giving a great scene. She never complained, never gave any problems, and was one of the extreme few who never touched any kind of drug or booze while being out here with us. She was on time and ready to go at every call time, and that is saying a lot as we do a lot of early morning and late night shoots. I will be using her quite a bit going forward. Haley Paige-Haley was a pleasure to work with, is a very experienced performer, and the camera lense really loves her. No issues, no complaints, came with all her paperwork. She was with ladirect when I booked her and they did a top notch job as always delivering the girls ready to work.
Roxxxy Rush-Roxxxy was awesome, a girl who likes to get much dirtier then most of the contnet she has starred in thus far, and was a lot of fun to have on set and at our party. She is proffesional, and completely 100% drama free. She is repped by Joel over at GoldStar, and they did a great job keeping in contact and being on the ball, a great experience and one of 2 agents I will be actively using going forward.
Gia Jordan- Gia is a pro and a level-headed girl. She was also a joy to work with as she understands what the director asks, just knows how to pose, and has a style and creativity in her own right that transfers well on screen.
Elena Rivera- Elena is a new girl who will be moving out to LA shortly, and was a great last minute addition to the cast after a horrible flake issue that I will not go into here. She was ready last minute, and was on time in hair and makeup whenever we needed her. The camera loved her, and although new, had the natural talent that sets some girls apart inthe biz. We are looking forward to working with her again, I am just sorry to see her leave NYC for LA!
Hailey Young- Last, but MOST DEFINITELY not least is Hailey Young. We have shot Hailey a ton, and will continue to shoot her, she is just an awesome talent and a great person. We have worked with her going on a year now, and every scene we do with her is better then the last, no matter who she is cast opposite. She is always on time, always ready to go, always in perfect shape physically and mentally, and just a pleasure to shoot. She looks great with her new hair, and the images we are getting from her are just better and better every time. She also bailed us out yet again when a girl flaked by putting us in touch with Elena, she is a true asset to any production both in front and behind the camera, if you have not worked with her you really should! The paper has been scooped regularly in its own back yard by the New York Times. “This is the biggest scandal in the history of the entertainment business, and the L.A. Times has completely dropped the ball,” said an insider. “Is it just that they are lame, or have important people leaned on them to lay off?” Private eye Pellicano was arrested in 2002 after FBI agents raided his office and found explosives in his safe.
The feds also confiscated a huge cache of illegal wiretaps, which has led to the indictment of 14 others. Some of the biggest names in Hollywood have been questioned and may face charges. The N.Y. Times, which has been leaked transcripts of FBI interviews, has detailed Pellicano’s relationships with CAA founder Michael Ovitz, lawyers Bert Fields and Dennis Wasser, Paramount boss Brad Grey and Universal chief Ron Meyer. The L.A. Times hasn’t broken any stories. There was a rumor the paper was hamstrung because it had a relationship with Pellicano, but a spokesman told us, “The Los Angeles Times has never hired Anthony Pellicano.”
