The Department of Justice will auction the site of the former Rick’s strip club on Lake City Way in North Seattle, on June 29.

The government froze the assets of Rick’s, as well as the Colacurcio headquarters building of Talents West, also on Lake City Way, as part of a conspiracy investigation two years ago. Frank Colacurcio Jr. last year agree to forfeit his interest in the strip clubs, $1.3 million in cash, and the Talents West property.

Rick’s is located at 11332 Lake City Way N.E. in Seattle; the Talents West building is at 8600 Lake City Way N.E. Proceeds from the June 29 auction of both properties will be deposited into the Justice Department’s asset forfeiture fund.
