Final – Skeeter Kerkove: “AVN Gave a 4-A Rating to a JM Productions Comp”

Porn Valley- I had a lengthy chat with Skeeter Kerkove Friday night. Skeeter’s wondering if AVN is now in the business of giving compilations 4 A reviews.

Or maybe it’s the fact that AVN’s running out of regular features to give advertising brownie points to, in which case Skeeter finds this puzzling that no announcement was made to the revised policy, if there was one.

In any event, Skeeter in making his case, refers to the review of “Bound”, a release from JM Productions. The movie also includes Mickey G who’s been in jail and out of the industry for the last couple of years. And Crystal Ray hasn’t appeared in a scene for years. And Skeeter should know because he was the last person to have shot her.

But here’s what Marc Star has to write from avn.com:

Rating:AAAA

Reviewed by: Marc Star

Reviewed In: April 2008
Director: Jim Powers
Company: JM Productions, POWERSVILLE INC.
Cast: Buck Jenner, Cindy Crawford, Crystal Ray, Dirty Harry, Jamie Brooks, Jay Ashley, Jenner, Jim Powers, Johnny Thrust, Katja Kassin, Missy Monroe, Rebeca Linares

Category: Specialty
Running Time: 131 Min.

“The box cover does this title justice. Rebeca Linares is bound in a standing spread eagle, Cindy Crawford’s mouth is double fish-hooked, Katja Kassin and Crystal Ray are ball-gagged, and Jamie Brooks is hogtied. “Anal sex collides with bondage and discipline,” reads the tagline, and Jim Powers delivers above and beyond with some genuinely dirty, hard-edged and intense scenes.

Katja Kassin gets a mouthful of Mickey G. during a hot and heavy performance. And Powers follows it up with heavy duty lickings of both Cindy Crawford and Missy Monroe. Five scenes in all, plus three bonus scenes.”

Skeeter laughs because some of these scenes are three and four years old.

“Jeff Mike- I don’t know who’s balder, him or me,” Skeeter muses.

“But there’s a rumor that Jeff is always saying JM Productions is number one, that we don’t do comps. We don’t drop our price. And we never recirculate scenes. Well what’s this movie, Bound about? Shame on you.

“Tony Malice did this incredibly handsome press release on the originality and how great this movie Bound is,” Skeeter adds.

“What he did not tell anybody is, it’s a comp. Yes. JM Productions sold a comp as new. They did not tell the distributors that the movie Bound has scenes in it as in plural that appear in other JM Productions/Powersville Inc. movies.

“Now I heard that there’s a few people that aren’t dingleberries and that even Willie D brought this to their attention,” Skeeter states.

[Which may or may not be true.]

“Whoa, Willie D said. You should not release that movie. And Tony Malice said why. And Willie D said Crystal Ray’s in it. She hasn’t performed in four years. And you’re releasing it as new. Yet that same scene is in Filthy Things 1. Jay Ashley and Crystal Ray- isn’t that fun?

“I talked about that scene with Jay a couple of days ago on the phone,” says Skeeter. “He did the scene four years ago. They’re in a bathroom. It was released right away on Filthy Things. It’s even written about in AVN on the first Filthy Things.

“And have you heard of a guy named Mickey G- tall, thin, kind of a high hair line, a little mustache-goatee?

“He’s been gone for almost three years. He’s in the new release movie. Why? Because he’s magic. They brought him out of prison because Jeff Mike is so powerful- and Willie D went down and co-signed for him. They got him out and he did a scene with Missy Monroe. It’s been over two years since she’s performed. She’s in the movie.”

“Like Crystal Ray- the fact that Marc Star reviewed it- anybody would have realized that she hasn’t performed in four years,” says Skeeter.

“I filmed her last scene. Now the scene with Katja Kasiin? She says that was over three years ago when that happened.”

“These are all scenes that have been in previous Powersville movies,” Skeeter contends.

“When Jim lost the golden nugget of not getting that $5,000 of stolen money from Scott Justice who turned in criminal budgets ripping off the prince of porn, David Sturman, he needed to make up money elsewhere. So he just went to Jeff Mike and said since we’ve gotten so cheap and are filming all the bukkakes at your office- how do you feel about me just sluttin’ everything out. And whoever complains just tell them it’s a mistake and write it off. But Willie D said be careful. You’re gonna get caught.”

“Or did Jim rip you off, Jeff? Or were you a part of this? Someone has to pay the piper and answer up because you did not tell the distributors this is re-used footage.”

“But Jim don’t care,” Skeeter goes on to say.

“Fuck ‘em all. Fuck all those distributors. Fuck the Internet. Fuck everybody. Now was Jeff Mike a part of it or was he a victim? Did he get ripped off by his number one guy? I want answers and I want them now. And I want Willie D to deliver them from Arizona.”

“Now is it true that Mr. Jibs is also secretly releasing movies through Multimedia and being given different names?” Skeeter also asks.

“That’s what I heard. I even read it on AVN. There’s a movie being released from Mr. Jibs. It’s a movie already released from Sidney Niekirk’s company. But does the original owner of the property who put up all the money know about this? It was reviewed by Marc Star. Scenes that have already been released but are being sold as a new movie.”

“Marc Star is the connection for Jim Powers,” says Skeeter. “He’s giving them good reviews. That’s the new connection. Mike Albo’s gone as you know.

“The biggest payola that was ever on, Jim told me about,” Skeeter insists, “was that Jeff Mike finally got Heidi Pike Johnson and Heidi Pike Johnson guaranteed editors choices. You’d see a lot of editors choices from her.

“But this year Jeff Mike got shut out on awards. He won nothing- the movies that he owns and pays for, won nothing. JM Productions got slammed. Heidi was gone. That also used to be the magic person for William H and Elegant Angel.

“She even told me about it- when I was asking about one of my movies. She explained it to me. Not a surprise.

“Why did Mike Ramone get laid off from AVN?” Skeeter also asks.

“It was all over the Internet. He promised somebody [Emily Evermoor] something. It was recorded, wasn’t it? Paul Fishbein was fucked. So he gave Ramone a going away fee.”

“It was just like what Jewel De’Nyle did with Tim Connelly at the XRCO Awards 2000 for Best New Starlet,” Skeeter points out.

“And Dominic Acerra lined it up. Take it from Bridgette, give it to Jewel. And Jewel went over and fucked Connelly’s white ass with a strap-on; and his girlfriend. Dominic laid it down to me and told me how the whole thing went down.”

“Dominic actually told you this?” I ask Skeeter, hardly believing my ears.

“Yes he did,” swears Skeeter. “I don’t know the guy to be making up stories. He straight up told me. We were at his apartment.”

“And Jeff Mike was very upset and threatened to pull ads when he didn’t win this year,” Skeeter goes on to say.

“The bone they threw him was that lame ass award for being indicted. Then Jim got some award for Powersville.”
