KEYES, Calif. – In a story that was first reported on by adultfyi.com among the adult news sites and later picked up by others, the world news wires are now carrying the Alexa Jones story in all its sensationalistic detail.

Jones, who was once in the porn business, has been operating an adult site chantellace.com which had become the source of contention among a group of volunteer firefighters in Keyes when one of them was fired for allegedly going on it while on duty. Jones’ husband, Rodger Jones who operates the website, fired the man but for reasons some suggest involved bouncing a check to gain access to the membership area.

Rodger Jones also happens to be the assistant fire chief while his father, Eddie, is the chief who presided over the disciplinary hearing involving the cadet. The rest of the dept., 17 firefighters, however, disagreed with the action and walked off their jobs in protest allegedly spearheaded by Capt. Herb Collier who Alexa Jones, herself a firefighter, contends was making hay of the situation and a power grab in the process.

Collier’s claiming that the firehouse has no Internet access, and, therefore, the cadet couldn’t possibly have been net surfing while on duty. In the aftermath, the matter is being investigated, and both Eddie Jones and Rodger Jones, who in the past has faced pimping and concealed weapons charges, have been put on administrative leave for the next 30 days. For her part, Alexa Jones, now 33, says she’s going back into the adult business.
