How do you change the profile picture?

I cant figure out how to change me profile picture I went to the site it said nothing works?

It just tells you to go to 'Gravatar' and create an avatar. I have yet to try that.

I tried that 'Gravatar' it does not work. It also loaded a bunch of spam shit on my phone.

Well there are some users here that have changed there profile pic somehow. Maybe they can tell us?
