Welcome PWL army members and I really do love you guys and glad to see you all here and want you to stay. I consider you guys like a family and many of you I know personally. I will do whatever I can to keep you here and your post but please understand there are things going on behind curtains that I am fighting to control. Do me a favor for now till things cool off and dont post large name list here either from PWL. No PWL blogs, wikis or forum threads BUT if you want to post about some faghag whore or fag working in straight porn then have at it. Just not mass name list or PWL content. Remember that I support freedom of speech more than anywhere you could go but for right now im under some restraint and close eyes watching which I will speak more about when the time is right. Going somewhere else is not the answer.
Hello, again folks. It seems as if we made it over here. In spite of my disagreements with some of you folk's methods, I am on the same page with ALL of you about coming to an agreement on the best way to proceed. And that a future site might be a good answer. I think it was felipealou on here I just read attempted to repost a vast amount of previous PWL data only to be taken down already. I'm sorry please clarify for my senile self....GENE himself is the one who sold PWL to BangBros. And posted that there are legal issues still in play? I mean, truthfully....if he sold and made a profit...when almost all of us saved fucking everything....then...provided that this forum can be used for sharing....I'm cool with it. Shit did you guys see Twitter today? It is like the 2nd coming of Christ to the industry all of the cheering from the industry. They still think that Donny did all of this when he hasnt, of course. They think BangBros are heroes! Half of the industry HATED BB up until yesterday! BB did this as a PR move to get more love and shoots from elusive performers. The video of them burning the data was priceless....I almost fell out of my chair. BB knows about us, I'm sure. The rest of the industry doesn't so much know yet but they will soon. Nice to see familiar posters. I'd like clarification on what is UNMODERATED here. Because toward the demise of PWL certain performers were given a "pass". I'm confused because some of the DEAD performers weren't. I just enjoy the fact that they think that we are finished when (hopefully) we're not. And I look forward to reading more about the Jane Does. Their continued anonymity is starting to bug. Hey dîd anyone else not know that Leigh Raven up and quit the industry. Wow.
I poured one out to ya'll when I saw the clip of the harddrives getting destroyed... and then realized that GDP must be stoked that BangBros just went and destroyed so much possible evidence of their malfeasance/collaboration with PWL. Sigh, all (good? nah...) things must come to an end. Hopefully we find a better home than this bs. That being said, I'm glad we have this to at least work with for now before finding someplace else.

For what I have understood about copyrights (PWL data), the following cannot get copyright protection:
- ideas
- facts (like first and last names, dates)
- certain lists of facts (e.g. phone books)
- useful articles
If the data is copyrighted, even then there is the fair use (like commentary, criticism, news reporting and search engines).
When I write:
Marilyn Monroe was born in 1st of June 1926 in Los Angeles, California. Her maiden name was Norma Jeane Mortenson and she was also known as Norma Jeane Baker. As an entertainer she used Marilyn Monroe as a stage name of hers. I don't like hers way of acting.
Idea:

I avoided it. I knew once the site went for sale that this would happen. Very defeating. But at least the owner made a profit. They would have preferred the site get taken down and the owner thrown in jail but that didn't happen. The owner should be laughing all the way to the bank today.

This platform as it is for now isn't safe at all.
One thing that the owner should do is to download and setup a good forum software, for example https://www.vbulletin.com which was used at PWL.
As long as Adultfyi is like it is at the moment, this isn't the the right place. This only serves us as a safe harbor, a place where to meet, but really nothing else.
Adultfyi can be the place, but it needs some changes before that can happen. If this place isn't going to change, then the answer is elsewhere.
Then it's a matter of few things: free or with pay only, openly, privately or totally darkly as in the form dark web. The answer can be a mixture of those.
At the end. Why the hell you (Adultfyi) have to be such a dinosaur. This place seems to be like the internet was in the mid 90s. The logo for example: low res shit. You can design and make a new one with a quality within seconds. They do better sites (visually) and graphics at the elementary, even at the kindengarden nowadays.
