Fred Salaff writes: Dear friends and supporters, the preliminary trial in Panama originally scheduled for October 24th has been postponed 3 times and still has not been rescheduled. This is an ongoing absurdity and insult to both me and my co defendant, Stefano Simone.

Our case which was totally manufactured by the Panamanian government has run its course and everyone in Panama knows that there IS NO CASE! It seems that no one wants to hear the verdict – so three are the bureaucratic delays. We do think, that the end is near and that the trial will be held before the end of this month.

Whatever funds we managed to obtain to get us to October 24th and now the lawyers need small money to continue. This is an outright appeal for some operating capital for our legal defense fund.
