LOS ANGELES, CA – Since Halloween 2012, alt-porn princess Joanna Angel has been slashing the competition to shreds with Evil Head, a manic, lust-fueled parody of the iconic 1980s cult classic. Tonight April 5th, Ms. Angel and co-stars Dana DeArmond and Tommy Pistol will be celebrating this big-budget spoof’s ongoing success with an exclusive promotional event at TRU nightclub in Hollywood.
Tonight’s soiree will see the darkly sensual nightspot (located at historic
1600 Argyle) taking LA sophisticates into a world of the macabre tempered
with the unique aura and style of old Hollywood. Joanna, Dana, Tommy and
friends will enjoy the evening in a plush VIP retreat while lucky revelers
will enjoy chances to receive promotional copies of the Evil Head DVD.
Limited quantities of Burning Angel magazines, t-shirts, hats and other
collectibles will be given away.
For her part, Ms. Angel is thrilled to be pushing the project into the
Hollywood mainstream again. “Evil Head is by far the most expensive movie
we have ever made,” she candidly reveals. “I love how it turned out and I’m
excited for people to see it!”
