from www.nypost.com – Spanish network Univision was at first up in arms when it learned Hustler was making its first Spanish porn movie, titled “El Gordo y la Flaca” — the same name as the channel’s top-rated show, starring Raul “El Gordo” de Molina.

But Molina himself is delighted, especially after seeing the DVD cover art for the racy flick, which takes place on a set identical to that of his popular show and stars a man dressed to look just like him, surrounded by scantily clad ladies. You can imagine what happens in the film.

Molina, Spanish-language TV’s best-known personality, who boasts half a million Twitter followers, told us, “I first heard about this six months ago when they started filming. At first [Univision] told us not to talk about it. But now that the film is out, they had me invite the female stars of the film on the show. I have the DVD, and on the cover is a guy who looks like me. He’s a little skinnier, though. I haven’t watched the film yet. But they tell me my character mostly watches the action . . . which is a little disappointing.”

He said that despite the network’s initial reaction, he was delighted to hear his show was being immortalized by Hustler: “It shows we are popular. How many people can say they had a porn movie made of their lives?”
