Here’s some 411 for all pornographers: The very same 1rst Amendment that allows you to pursue your dreams of being porn moguls also allows journalists like Gram Ponante to have a “political agenda” where they can “write with impunity.” In fact, believe it or not, the 1rst Amendment was created for the protection of all kinds of people, like journalists and religious freaks and others, without a thought given to pornographers! We just happen to live and work on its coat-tails.

Sorry, but that’s how it works. If any of you want to change that and, assuming (however unlikely) you’re successful at doing so, many of you might consider dusting off your resumes and begin filling out employment applications at your nearest fast-food restaurants.

I doubt this is a case of the LAPD singling out Mika Tan and conspiring to make her life miserable. Besides, LAPD Vice knows enough about how the mainstream, brick-n-mortar porn biz works to know the odds of anyone in the valley’s porn biz intentionally shooting underage performers approaches nil. (Maybe they should share this tidbit with federal investigators?)

I think there’s two, obvious, possibilities for Vice’s presence: 1) They’re responding to an unhappy neighbor’s complaints, or 2) Someone in the adult biz — someone with issues with Mika or the companies shooting at her location home — is giving false, annonymous, tips to Vice.

I’ll bet the latter is the case. If there were an unhappy neighbor calling in false tips to the cops, these acts would, most likely, be commited after some escalation of hostilities towards Ms. Tan. I haven’t read anything coming from Mika that indicates she has had neighbor problems.

Porners ratting out porners is nothing new [Gene adds: Ron Vogel did it all the time]. The old permit scam was a perfect example. But this is something different as their doesn’t seem to be an obvious financial incentive. If I were Mika, I’d be trying to ferret out the rat. And if she does ferret said rat out, she ought to share her findings with the LAPD. I’m not saying LAPD will do jack about it, but at least Mika’s report will be on record and might help with any defense she might need to mount.

It’s not the cancer that is making her so sick, it’s her body’s reaction to the chemo. She just finished Chemo 1B and is to start Chemo 1C in 2 weeks if her white count comes up.

She was rushed to the hospital Thursday by Josh after not feeling so great and running a fever. She currently has a fungal infection of her mucuas membranse..meaning everything from her throat all the way down into her stomach. SHe has also been running a mysterious fever, which means, somewhere, there is infection. A cold could kill her right now. They plan to keep her in the hospital until the fever comes down. So far no drug they have used has done that.

Please keep her in your prayers. She is in great spirits but her throat hurts alot so she is not returning any calls.

Please keep texting! If you have any conacts that could do fund raisers for her, please let me know. My family and I are looking to move out to LA to be closer to her to help her out. We need a place to rent and help getting out there. Also a job, wether for my husband or myself.

> Jimmy Orlando follows up: I just spoke 2 Nicki at the hospital and I read 2 her everyones replys. And she asked me 2 post this for her. I am feeling better and the doctors at the hospital are working realy hard 2 reduce her fever. She is looking foward 2 going home and spending time with her husband and children. Though I appreciate you guys trying to protect her, I don’t appreciate the emails and IM’s i’ve been recieving making such claims. I have known the hunters longer than any of you! I knew them before they were ever the hunters! I AM the Godmother to both her children!!! I’m the one Nicki worries about writing the “tell all” Book and posting pictures of her she hopes NEVER surface cuz that is HOW far we go back. Actually that is our pact..she HAS to get better our I will do it!

MY heart is breaking…not even breaking..the pain and fear I feel about this..is so deep down in my soul..to the point..I want to die..to take her pain away and at the very idea of losing her! I WOULD DO ANYTHING to make this better!!!!…I have spent the last week trying to raise more awareness, get more PR, and set up interviews about her and the situation to get her and her family help!

I know she has recieved some money, I also know she has recieved money from friends who she greatly appreciates. Nicki wanted me to come out to LA and help out with the boys and be there with her in the hosptial…Nicki KNOW’S EVERYTHING I’m doing!! She says this is her fault because she not had the time to get online and vouch for me..but AnyONE..at KSEX can vouch for me..they ALL know who I am..and who I am to them..so please…this is gutch wrenching enough for me not being able to hold her hand..look at her..get her water…just be there and I’m helpless to do anything other than what I have done and will continue to do..please do not add to my pain!
