Lexington, KY- The Flynt family is one step closer to bringing a Hustler store to Lexington.

Monday, Jimmy Flynt, brother of Larry Flynt, filed paperwork with the city to build the store off Winchester Road.

The city board of adjustment will review the application over the next few days then mail letters to property owners within 400 feet of the proposed site.

The public will be able to voice any concerns during a public hearing on December 12th.
