OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma County judge is set to rule in the case of a former Marine and mixed martial arts fighter accused of killing two pregnant women and two others.
District Judge Glenn Jones will hear arguments Thursday in the case of David Tyner, who is scheduled for trial May 21 in the fatal shootings of a 22-year-old prostitute featured on the HBO reality series “Cathouse” and several others.
Tyner is charged with first-degree murder in the Nov. 9, 2009, deaths of Brooke Phillips, Milagrous Barrera, Jennifer Ermey and Mark Barrientos.
Phillips had worked at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev., that was featured in the HBO reality series, “Cathouse.”
Because she and Barrera were pregnant, Tyner faces six counts of first-degree murder.
