Mesa, Arizona- A hotel manager surfing the Web discovered one of his customers advertising prostitution from her room on Craigslist, a popular online classifieds site, according to police and court records.

Renee Marie Kachinski, 21, of Mesa was arrested Tuesday after police put the hotel under surveillance for several days and stopped a customer as he drove away.

Kachinski told police she made $1,400 in two weeks, court records show. Her Craigslist ad offered sexual acts and had a price list that included 100 kisses for $100, court records show. advertisement Kachinski told police the advertisement was used to solicit sexual acts and described to the officer the sexual acts, providing names for them, including Greek, French and prices, court records show.

She was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on suspicion of prostitution, false reporting to police and marijuana possession at the Homestead Studio Suites Hotel in the 1900 block of West Isabella. During a search of the hotel room, police found marijuana in Kachinski’s purse in the freezer.

Kachinski, who lives with her boyfriend in Mesa, told police she had a prostitution conviction last year in Tempe, records show.

Police were tipped to the prostitution service by a Homestead Studio manager who saw the online advertisement. The manager recognized Kachinski and the room where she was posing in the photos.

A Mesa police officer conducted surveillance at the hotel for several days. On Tuesday, the officer saw Fermin David Lopez park his car and Kachinski show him into her room. Lopez left about 10 minutes later in his car, records show.

The officer stopped Lopez for illegally tinted windows on his car and making a wide turn from Lindner to Dobson Road. At first, Lopez denied he had been at the hotel.

When presented with a photo from the advertisement, Lopez told the officer he paid the girl in the picture, Kachinski, $60 for sex, according to records.

Lopez, who lives with his girlfriend in Phoenix, told the officer he found the ad online, called the number, went to the hotel and asked “for a quickie.”

After sex, Lopez told police he gave Kachinski $100 and she gave him $40 in change, records show. Inside his car, police found two vials of marijuana.

Lopez was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, records show.
