Porn Valley- Porn performer Jewel Affair aka Marissa Pomerico is a woman who had been wanted by the FBI since May in connection with helping her sister Kimberly Alvarado abduct Alvarado’s two children from a foster home in Staten Island.

Alvarado, who had been accused of neglect in a case involving her children Justin, 5 and Lexie, 1, was declared an unfit mother by Child Protective Services in a report that stated Alvarado neglected to take her children to the hospital to be treated for burns.

It was then that Pomerico helped Alvardo abduct the two children from a foster home in Staten Island. According to police, the pair went to Staten Island and ransacked the place where Alvarado’s children were staying. Witnesses say the two sisters yelled obscenities as they threw all of the children’s belongings in their car. Then, witnesses say the sisters grabbed Lexie and Justin, put them in the car, and sped off. They had not been seen since.

The NYPD issued warrants for both Alvarado who had been previously charged with larceny, and Pomerico.Then, in August NYPD Detective John Burgess received a tip that Pomerico was on a pornographic website. He tracked the IP address of the website to Florida but had been unsuccessful in tracking down Pomerico or her sister.

The information the police got at the time was that Pomerico was going by the name Brittany but that the porn video could have been shot anywhere and there was no way to trace her. The trail seemed to have ended there until Saturday night when John Walsh went on air with his broadcast, America’s Most Wanted. Pomerico was then ID’d by a number of people who knew her.

In the months that she had been on the lam, Pomerico showed up and started working with Cherry Modeling, using the name Jewel Affair. According to a post Adultfyi.com received today from “Mutt”, Jewel was first sent to him by a Las Vegas agent named Tomaz Cervantes who had been repping her. Because Jewel fit the bill for cute 18 year-olds, Mutt then had his shooter Marco Pallotti book Jewel through Tomaz. Tomaz, however, told Marco they should probably forget it because the Jewel was in LA and flaking.

A few weeks later Jewel appeared on Cherry Modeling’s site. According to Mutt, he booked her for a double shoot this past week. When Jewel showed up, Marco asked for her ID’s but wasn’t happy with what she handed him. Neither ID was 2257 compliant in Marco’s opinion. The ID’s presented were a check cashing card- with a photo- from a check cashing place, according to Mutt. The other ID was a piece of paper from the Social Security Admin with her SS#… that was beat up and torn in half. ”

Marco told the girl to chill while he called Tara Miali the owner of Cherry Modeling. Pallotti told Miali that Jewel’s ID’s were no good and they couldn’t shoot her. Miali, standing to lose money from two b-g shoots, wasn’t happy that Marco was sending the girl home. According to Mutt, Miali started to bitch at Pallotti and told him the ID’s were good enough for other people – including two well known studios Jewel had just shot for.

Pallotti then called somebody respected in the industry to get their feedback. It wasn’t long afterwards that Marco got a call from Miali allegedly screaming at him about how dare he do that and blah blah blah.

Mutt in his post said that, as it happened, Fox’s America’s Most Wanted show Saturday night was about two sisters from New York City who are fugitives from justice with warrants out for them on kidnapping charges.

According to what Mutt said in his Adultfyi post Jewel was already shooting for other companies with the suspect ID’s. In the meantime, Devan from Hardcore Gossip, www.hardcoregossip.com was brought into the drama when he got a call at 11 pm Saturday night from Miali who told him that one of her models was in trouble having just been profiled on America’s Most Wanted.

Miali proceeded to explain that one of the girls- Marissa Pomerico- was someone she had just taken in who was using the name Jewel Affair. Affair had confessed to being a fugitive on the run after the America’s Most Wanted episode ran featuring her and her sister. Miali told Devan that after the show aired she received a barrage of phone calls telling her that Jewel was actually Pomerico.

Miali also told Devan that Pomerico had only been with her for a week and a half, and that she had been having ID problems that were affecting her ability to get work due to the changes in 2257 compliance. Miali however said that Pomarico was one of the most reliable girls she ever had.

” She’s great,” Miali told Devan. ” She’s not on drugs and she always shows up ready to work and has a great attitude, but I could tell that she was hiding something from me. Now I know what it was.”

Miali said that although Marissa had been repped for a time by someone named Tomaz Cervantes in Las Vegas, Pomerico contacted her through an ad. Pomerico swore to Miali she had legitimate identification, but showed up in Los Angeles with something less than that. According to what Miali relayed to Devan, Pomerico confessed that she had been using false identification since being on the run from New York with her sister.

Pomerico stated that she was assuming the identity of another girl whom she spent time with in a boarding home.

The identification that Pomerico apparently did have was a paper from the Social Security office, a check cashing card with her picture, and a STA travel card with her picture on it. Pomerico apparently told Miali she had ordered her birth certificate online and that she was going to take it to the DMV to get her license and work. When contacted by Miali, Cervantes told her that he was the one who ordered the birth certificate for Pomerico.

Although the story was getting more convoluted and more far fetched, Miali accepted it because Pomerico had already been working for other adult companies in the Valley as well as in Miami and Las Vegas.

“She [Pomerico] had already worked here, for two big name companies, who I was assured had copies of her ID’s,” Miali explained to Devan. Miali said she called up two of the companies and was assured they had copies of Pomerico’s ID’s. One company even told Miali she was more than welcome to come by and get a copy of the ID’s to use until the birth certificate arrived. Miali said she then got a copy of the copy of the fake ID’s Pomerico was using, not knowing they weren’t real.

“This all looked legitimate. Girls in this business lose their identification all the time.”

During the brief time she repped Pomerico, Miali said she had difficulty securing employment for her because of the identification problem, and, as a result, Pomerico only worked for a few companies. Miali was sure that she would be able to help Pomerico find more work when the new ID’s came in. Pomerico was apparently enthusiastic about her new life in Los Angeles and the prospects of being a porn star.

According to what Devan reports, Miali was driving Pomerico home from an internet shoot Saturday night when calls began to flood in. It was then that Pomerico came clean about what happened in in New York.

Pomerico stated that her sister had no intention of watching anyone take her kids away from her. The America Most Wanted Show apparently scared Pomerico so bad that Miali called Devan on her behalf. Devan was told that Pomerico was in the car with Miali and Devan said her best option at the moment was to turn herself in. Devan then asked if he could talk to Pomerico, telling her that he thought it was best to call the FBI directly and to have them come and take her into custody.

Pomerico cried saying she didn’t want to go to jail but that she wanted this to be over with. It was again suggested that the best recourse was for Pomerico to tell the FBI her side of the story.

Devan reports that he drove out to the middle of the Wilshire district where Miali lives, met them in their car, then decided on Denny’s to get coffee.

According to Devan’s account, Pomerico explained how she had been manipulated into helping her sister for fear of them ending up in a foster home. Pomerico also said she had witnessed her step father kill her mother, her brother, and her grandparents when she was nine years old. The step father then threatened to kill her with the same gun right then and there, but for some reason didn’t. Pomerico stated that her older sister was out of the house at the time, but returned to find her just before the police arrived. Her step father later received 14 years on an insanity plea.

Pomerico went on to explain that her sister had drug problems, but that, overall, she was a good mother who didn’t want to see her two children in foster care.

“I’ve been in foster care and I know what people do to you,” Pomerico told Devan. ” They didn’t need to go through that. People get abused really badly in foster care.”

Pomerico also explained that she had unwittingly helped her sister get her children and leave the State. A series of crimes, including identity theft, had also ensued. But Pomerico swears she had never maliciously hurt anyone and that her sister had been blackmailing her into keeping up the lie as well as working to support them all.

Pomerico told Devan that she just wanted all this behind her.

Miali then contacted the FBI in Los Angeles. They informed her that detectives would come to pick Pomerico up and that she would be taken good care of. The FBI also assured Miali that Pomerico was better off surrendering herself to the authorities and that it would help her in court. While they were awaiting for the authorities at Denny’s, Pomerico pretty much told Devan her life story. Then they went outside to grab a smoke and saw a police car watching them from a stoplight.

“The patrol car pulled around and parked near the Denny’s,” reports Devan. “And the agent on the phone told Tara to take us back into the restaurant and sit down and wait while they came in.”

According to Devan, six police officers came in and the room went dead quite. “They worked their way towards us, covering all exits, then asked us to stand up and walk outside. No sooner than we were outside did they pull Marissa aside and search her, cuffing her right away, though civil throughout the arrest. Two officers pulled Tara and I aside and took down our information, then released us.”

The authorities informed Miali that Pomerico would not go to County, but would be held at Wilshire until the Fed’s arrived to speak to her. The officers also informed them that more than likely Pomerico would be extradited back to New York.

Devan also reports that an early morning phone call from the FBI informed Miali that Pomerico’s sister Kimberly Alvarado, who was residing in Las Vegas until Saturday night’s broadcast, was picked up Sunday morning in San Bernardino County with both her children, Lexi and Justin..
