The scene features Ella Reese, Jewelz Blu, and Jazmin Black as three women seeking guidance from a relationship counselor. The plot description states that the women realize their busy schedules have left little time to connect as a throuple. The counselor's advice inspires the trio to embrace opportunities to be together, leading to "humorous and spontaneous moments."

Jazmin Black's appearance in "Throuple’s Counseling" is her first all-girl scene. It is also her first time filming a scene with dialogue. Black stated that she "couldn’t have asked for a better experience." She described Ella, Jewelz, and the Girlsway team as "welcoming, patient and encouraging." Black also noted that she "had a blast and learned so much that day."
