from www.nypost.com – Disgraced former presidential contender John Edwards and his former mistress made a sex tape together while she was pregnant — and now the baby mama’s trying to get those steamy recordings back.

Rielle Hunter has obtained a court order demanding that a former Edwards aide turn over videotapes and photos Hunter claims belong to her, CBS News reported today on its Web site.

Edwards’ former aide, Andrew Young, claims in a tell-all book, “The Politician,” which is slated to hit stores this weekend, that he found a sex tape made by Edwards and Hunter in 2007.

Maj. Charles Blackwood, a spokesman for the Orange County, NC Sheriff’s Office, told CBS News that the restraining order “speaks to video recordings and photographs that depict matters of a private and personal nature.”

Young refused to give the tapes and photos to authorities earlier this week, CBS reported.

Edwards and his wife, Elizabeth, have legally separated.

After nearly two years of denials, the married Edwards, 56, admitted last week that Frances Quinn Hunter, born in 2008 to Hunter, is his daughter.
