When last I spoke to Jonathan Morgan he told me he was getting married to B-movie queen Nikki Fritz October 5th, which was yesterday. “We’re taking a romantic seven day cruise to the Mexican Riviera,” Morgan told me a couple of weeks ago.
“We’re going to get married the first day and spend the next six days having a honeymoon.” Asked how they hooked up, Morgan said it was through mutual friends. “It was the right place at the right time. We were both single and one of the conversations that really sparked our interest was that, because of the industry that we’re in, her doing the nudity in B-movies as well as her website and me directing, how hard it is to find anyone for a serious relationship unless they happen to be in the industry.”
Morgan said what started off with a little bitch session on that subject, ended up going from coffee to dinner to with this ring, I thee wed. Morgan describes Fritz as a “sweetheart.”
“It’s so nice to find someone that is actually a nice person and not a facade,” he added. “We’ve been seeing each other for a little over ten months and both saying we ain’t getting any younger.” Morgan said they’d like to have children and be at an age where he could play T-ball with them and not have them change his colostomy bag.
Gene: But there’s a variation of the game. It’s called colostomy ball.
Morgan: LOL. We definitely didn’t want to have a long term relationship. We knew what we felt about each other. It wasn’t like this was some kind of puppy love-thing. We were both, either shit or get off the pot.
Gene: Rule one of colostomy ball. And then there’s the booga-booga of porn marriages.
Morgan: The one thing that we both got going…
Gene: Is that Jill Kelly and Corey Jordan are your role models. Just kidding.
Morgan: It’s that she accepts what I do and I accept what she does and we both support each other 110%. Together that’s not even a hang-up. How the business will make or break, it’s nice to have it where that isn’t even the case. We’ll bitch about the normal things that couples will bitch about- like the toilet seat.
Fritz, according to Morgan still does an occasional B-movie.
