Prior to joining Chargemymobile, Mr. Kaplan was a consultant to adult industry and related firms on delivering movies and still photos to cell phones and other wireless devices. He organized and led the Xobile wireless division for AEBN, a leading VOD company in North Carolina, and was widely recognized in the media as a pioneer in the web-based transmission of adult content to wireless devices.
