LOS ANGELES – Karrine Steffans – the hip hop music video feature artist known as – is also the star of a new Vivid Entertainment DVD titled “Superhead.”

Ms. Steffans, author of the best-selling tell-all book “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” performs scenes in the Vivid DVD with famous adult actor Mr. Marcus that clearly demonstrate the notorious sexual prowess for which she earned her nickname.

Ms. Steffans has been in the news lately as she promotes her book. A press release promoting her appearance this month on a segment of the Oprah Winfrey Show called “Smart Women on Stupid Girls,” noted that that Ms. Steffans “was 21 years old when she made her video debut. She danced in videos alongside some of the biggest artists in the industry, including Jay-Z, R. Kelly and LL Cool J. She quickly became a full-time booty shaking, breast baring dancer-but success came at a price.”

According to a biography of her posted on the HarperCollins Speaker’s Bureau website, “Karrine Steffans is a former hip hop music video feature star who made the transition into film as an actress co-starring opposite action star Vin Diesel and veteran actor Lorenz Tate in the hit film, ‘A Man Apart’.” She was also recently reported to be in a romantic relationship with comedian-commentator Bill Maher.

“Superhead” DVDs will be in stores nationally on Friday, April 21st.
