Exhibition hours are Friday, October 16, from 6 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, October 17, from 6 to 10 p.m. A panel conversation featuring Kross, Cornell, and special guests will be presented at 7:30 p.m. each night.

The "Gasplighting" Project

"Gasplighting" is described as a multidisciplinary cultural project from Kross that challenges narratives shaping how people understand their bodies, sexuality, and intimacy. The project examines the disconnect between lived experience and societal messages received about desire, pleasure, vulnerability, autonomy, and connection. Kross stated that much of what people believe about intimacy is inherited through culture and expectation, rather than being based on their own experiences. The project asks what happens when individuals stop outsourcing their understanding of themselves and begin trusting their own lived experiences instead. The project was announced on September 10, 2026, and will manifest through a coffee table book and a multi-sensory gallery exhibition in Los Angeles.

The "Gasplighting" movement explores how bodies, realities, relationships, and sexual wellness are widely misunderstood and dismissed. It addresses outdated narratives, misinformation, and gaps in research and education that often go unchallenged. The project combines psychology, philosophy, visual storytelling, and cultural commentary. Rather than providing definitive answers, "Gasplighting" invites audiences to question long-held assumptions and engage in a more honest conversation about intimacy. In collaboration with the Deeper brand, the project will explore these themes through conversation, connection, and adult art. The curated multi-sensory gallery exhibition in Los Angeles will bring together brands, artists, and cultural voices to examine and reframe these narratives through creative expression and immersive auditory and visual experiences. The space at Wonzimer will also feature a bar and lounge for discussions, music, and panels. Future "Gasplighting" events are planned for New York and Miami.
