Hollywood, CA – Currently in the midst of shooting Brad Armstrong’s Kaylani Unleashed, the first film of her exclusive new deal with Wicked Pictures, returning fan favorite and AVN Best New Starlet nominee Kaylani Lei is wasting no time in letting fans know, in no uncertain terms, that she’s back. She recently took time off from her popular KSEX Radio appearances to join her contract sisters Kirsten Price and Carmen Hart, as well as such horror film favorites as Kane Hodder (Jason from Paramount’s Friday The 13th franchise) and Ashley Laurence (the star of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser) to raise some hell on the red carpet of Hollywood special effects studio Almost Human’s 10th Anniversary Party.
As she enjoyed her first official Wicked event appearance since returning from her year-long hiatus from the industry, Kaylani beamed for the cameras, succinctly summing up her enthusiasm for her return by observing simply, “I’m psyched to be back!”
This horror-themed soiree is certain to be remembered as one of the more unusual tinseltown appearances that the Wicked Girls have made this year. One of the premiere special effects makeup houses in LA, Almost Human’s work has been featured in such films as Strange Wilderness (Adam Sandler), Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (Rob Schnieder), and Vacancy (Kate Beckinsale), and on such popular TV shows as Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel. Their annual invitation-only Halloween party has grown steadily over the years, with last week’s event featuring sponsorship and gift bags by Wicked Pictures, HotWax Cosmetics, Anchor Bay Films, Budweiser Select, Raw Diamond Vodka, Monster Energy Drink, and Fangoria magazine. When not showing off their killer physiques and megawatt smiles on the red carpet, Kaylani, Carmen, and Kirsten partied inside the studio with the likes of The 40 Year Old Virgin’s Seth Rogen and Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo’s Bobbi Sue Luther, who, for her part, raved about the Wicked Girls, calling them “beautiful, sweet, and completely charismatic!”
While Kaylani, Kirsten, and Carmen were provocatively dressed as an angel, a devil, and a cop respectively, they had nothing but treats for their fans and friends. And though there was certainly no shortage of mainstream Hollywood gentry on the scene, it came as a surprise to absolutely nobody that Kirsten, Carmen, and the triumphantly returning Kaylani stole the show!
