JOB OBJECTIVE:
To maintain the usability and cleanliness of all Armory sets by working directly with Facilities, Art department and Production Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provides general assistance to Production Manager and EPAs.
Responsible for cleaning sets and communal shooting areas including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting.
Responsible for cleaning dirty props from shoots including but not limited to dildos and bondage wall items.
May need to help clean up from shoots including but not limited to cleaning and putting large and small props away.
Return large props to prop area.
Help maintain the organization of the soft props room.
Help maintain the organization of the PA storage room.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent organization skills.
Trustworthy and dependable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of computer systems Mac and/or PC.
Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Excel and Word.
Comfortable working in an Adult Entertainment work environment.
Comfortable and willing to clean human fluids from shoots as well as dildos and props from shoots.
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Abilities:

Able to perform basic janitorial services including but not limited to sweeping, mopping and overall cleaning.
Able to move/pick up at least 75 pounds in order to move heavy props.
Able to multitask as there will be many tasks given in a day as well as last minute changes and requests.
Able to follow instructions.
Able to plan errands intelligently with minimal wasted time.

Education and Experience:

One year related maintenance experience.
1 year of PA experience in the film or video industry.
High School Degree or Equivalent.

Rob Black addressed this story on his show Tuesday afternoon.

“There’s a Craigslist ad where Kink.dom is soliciting for a stage custodian [janitor] to clean dildos,” stated Black.

“Who re-uses dildos unless it’s your own? Unless it’s that situation who the fuck works for a company that re-uses dildos? It has to be the most disgusting thing I ever heard.

“Most of the toy companies if you promote their product and give a shit, they will give you product that you can use. With a company like Kink.com why they wouldn’t make an advertising deal with Doc Johnson where they’re not having to put performers’ health and safety at risk by re-using toys that are inserted into oral, anal and vaginal.

“Would you take a spoon and stick it in your asshole and throw it into a dishwasher?

“A friend would observe it has poop on it. Why, in turn, would a company as big as Kink.com re-use toys? They’re using condoms they say aren’t 100% safe and they’re using them on the heads of used toys. By their own saying condoms are not reliable.

“It makes no sense whatsoever. Then again it’s coming from Peter Acworth, Diane Duke, Christian Mann and John Stagliano.

“They pay people to clean dildos. How they wash them we don’t know but not enough where they have to put condoms over the dildos. According to them, this protects a performer from disease from a dirty dildo. But wouldn’t the same apply to a dirty penis?

“I know this is perplexing for most of you. It’s hard to fathom and doesn’t make any sense. Kink.com pays people to clean dildos. After they get done cleaning them, they, then before inserting them into people, cover them with condoms.

“I guess they do that because it’s a safety precaution. Then the concept that condoms don’t work because the’re placed on a man and make the girls sore, what is the purpose of Kink.com putting condoms on their dildos?

“Don’t those condoms go in girls and make their pussies raw with disease? Once again you have nothing but morons running and controlling our business. This is literally disgusting that we can sit here and deal with this.”
