OIL CITY, Pennsylvania – A female teacher at Oil City High School is free on bond after being arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a 16 year old female student.

Angie Marie Fetty, 34, who teaches English, is accused of having the 16 year old girl stay at her home in the same bed.

Police say Fetty admits only to hugging and kissing the girl.

While searching Fetty’s home, police also found a marijuana pipe.

She faces a drug paraphernalia charge as well.
