from www.lohud.com – STONY POINT — A 61-year-old man marked New Year’s Eve standing naked in front of his home’s picture window holding his genitals, police said today.

Officers responding to 15 Clark Road found Frank J. Chillino naked and arrested him at 5:21 p.m. Dec. 31 on a misdemeanor charge of public lewdness, police said.

A neighbor called the police about seeing Chillino standing naked in the front window of his home, exposing himself, police said.

Police went to Chillino’s home earlier last month on a similar complaint. Lt. Brian Moore said officers didn’t find him naked back then and didn’t arrest him.

Officers released Chillino without bail for a hearing before Justice William Franks on Jan. 20.
