Milwaukee- A man in Waukesha County is facing a misdemeanor charge for negligent handling of burning materials.

Pewaukee Police say Steven Flaugher realized that some plastic had caught fire on his stove, but didn’t try to put it out or call for help. Police say he was busy… watching porn.

Eventually neighbors noticed the fire and pulled the fire alarm. Damage from the fire was minor.

Police say he’d been drinking.
