This time the scandal she seemed to have soiled her fingers with, is a nudity tape which she is accused to have stolen. It has Eric Dane(Grey’s Anatomy), wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen U.S.A/Celebrity Rehab star Kari Ann Peniche in compromising positions. Marty Singer representative to the couple told TMZ.com that its really”a naked tape, not a sex-tape.”

It is reportedly being said that the country singer got argumentative on money matters with Kari Ann during her stay with her as roommate for the show “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” and in retaliation Mindy tried to get even by stealing the video from her hard disk.

Ann is said to have filed a report to L.A. Police Department in this regard. Later however she sorted out matters with Mindy saying she was not sure whether she will press charges or not. On Tuesday the video showed up on the Internet.

The singer has always been in saucy circumstances. Her tracks “Ten Thousand Angels” and “Guys Do It All The Time” saw enough controversy with the law. The singer has a criminal record too.

According to the reports, in 2004 and again in 2007 she has been arrested, once spending 4 months in Tennessee Jail.

She has lately turned the limelight on herself saying she will be gearing up to talk about her long-time liaison with the married baseball star Roger Clemens on VH1 reality show. The show will have celebrities making interesting confessions to Dr. Drew Pinsky, as per the New York Daily News.

McCready said her first choice in love had tainted and soured-up her future choices.
