The 2025 edition of the Mx. Pineapple Cabaret, the fifth annual fundraiser, was held on November 19, 2025, at Oscar's Downtown Palm Springs. That event was hosted by Sister Roma, Ethylina Canne, and Ana Foxxx, and featured DJ Boomer Banks. Performers at the 2025 event included Drew Sebastian, Billy L’Amour, Pippi Lovestocking, Mx. This initiative, a partnership between Pineapple Support and Falcon/NakedSword, also included a social media awareness campaign in support of Men’s Mental Health Month. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of mental health challenges faced by men in adult entertainment and encourage open dialogue.
