Porn Valley- I got a story about Nikita Denise that makes Nicole London look like an amateur. About how Denise and her husband were evicted from Skeeter Kerkove’s house; how Denise’s lawyer faked documents to make it appear as though Denise had Vivid and Topco contracts – all to get INS off her back. And the story about Denise’s husband being sent to jail for robbery. He’s also supposed to have beat her up. And rumors abound that he might have even beat up Ava Vincent.

But they’re rumors mind you. I also talked to Skeeter Kerkove about the $5,000 which a deadbeat video company owner owes him. I asked Skeeter if restitution had been made. He tells me no. However the video company owner has contacted him since the story first appeared on Adultfyi.com last Friday. Apparently the deadbeat got some phone calls from certain people of influence in the business telling him to square this thing up. I guaranteed Skeeter that he will get his money back.

Skeeter and I exchanged our deadbeat stories. I told him about Nicole London. Skeeter agreed that it would be insane to burn me. Skeeter tells me he got a phone call from the video company owner. “I guess a lot of people after reading that article called him,” Skeeter says. “I know even a couple of very high up people in the industry called him which really surprised me. Like people you would think that wouldn’t even take the time to make a phone call because you realize how valuable their time is. I know the money I make is begging change- underneath somebody’s shoe compared to the top ten big company owners. I know that as a fact and the fact that a couple of them called him. That resulted in him calling me. But I’m not getting any money yet. I’m told about him having a quarter of a million out on the street. But I don’t know what that means. I reminded him that this isn’t pornography business. This is personal business. This is not a bad porn debt- that I need my money, regardless.”

Asked how the conversation was left, Skeeter said he was told he’d be hearing from him.

“If I had just listened to Bridgette’s advice, none of this would have happened,” says Skeeter. Skeeter promises me a finder’s fee or making this story public. I can be a “facilitator”.

“Absolutely,” he states. Otherwise it’s five grand that I’ve thrown down the toilet. I really made a bad judgment call because of him working at….and the amount of money he was earning. Five thousand is nothing. Fuck it. I didn’t think twice about it at the time. And the other day a male performer asks to borrow money from me. I said is this some kind of joke? Haven’t you read Gene Ross’ site? It’s the truth. I thought he was joking with me. He said he had a lean month. I said how could you have had a lean month. I paid you $3,500.”

Skeeter was curious about London’s financial backer. I said it’s some guy who uses the name Thomas Belvedere, that he lives in Brazil.

“She’s not getting away with it,” I tell Skeeter.

Skeeter says he’s sure that I feel the same way that he does that even if someone makes an attempt at minimal restitution, things are cool.

“I talked to her for two months- begging, pleading,” I say. “Give me something. Oh, yeah, yeah. Then comes the promised due date, nothing shows up. I go to call her and, obviously, I eat answering machine. Never returns my calls. Then once in awhile I’ll pick a time and catch her because I won’t use my caller ID.”

Skeeter says it sounds like the same scenario he was experiencing with the video company owner where he’d be promised due dates that would come and go.

“I’m revved up, man, I want to start a porno collection agency,” I tell Skeeter. I already have some guys with baseball bats that have told me whenever I’m ready.

Skeeter says he could see someone living on the streets not having the money. “But trips around the world and $25,000 movies being made? And full page ads in AVN with 4 to 6 productions a month? But as many companies as there are, I’m sure eventually some of them will fold and be consumed. It has to take numbers away from other companies when you have four new companies opening up every two months.”

On the subject of Nikita Denise and her husband, Skeeter said it’s been a huge drama. “I’ve saved actual documents so I won’t get sued for slander because it’s an attorney who’s involved who’s really a scumbag. It’s my home [in Woodland Hills]; and they’ve been trying to take it from me quietly.”

Skeeter goes on to tell me about some intricate flim-flammery showing phony liens from a Nevada corporation called the Withersby Water Company. “That’s got to be a scam because there’s no Withersby Water Company in Nevada that has a lien against Nikita Denise and her husband. It’s not going to happen. It’s some type of scam. Because I have it here on title that there’s a $50,000 lien put on them as a married couple.

“Carl’s in jail for robbery right now,” Skeeter continues.They got in a fight in May. Carl was arrested. He was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail in November. He was arrested for robbery several days later. And now he’s sitting in jail. The conflict of interest is with the lawyer…… He represented Carl AND Nikita in their divorce togehter which is a conflict of interest. He also represented Carl in a court case against Nikita while representing them in a case with me on the Woodland Hills home.

“This is so much of a conflict of interest and his excuse in a letter he wrote is because she’s such a celebrity. The unwanted press would do bad on her like she’s some mainstream star. She’s a porn star that nobody will even hire any more because of alcoholism. And he is the guy who, through INS, got her her INS paperwork for one year through forged documents of alleged contracts that she had. By showing that to the INS that she’ll make over $400,000 through Vivid- and Vivid had nothing to do with it- and Michael Ninn, Pure Play; and Topco.

“That’s how much of a scumbag this guy [Denise’s lawyer] is.” Skeeter claims the lawyer out and out phonied up contracts. “And about her celebrity status and how much money she earned. Anyway she’s over $80,000 in debt on medical bills just in the year 2004. Along with creditors and the lien, she’s over $130,000 in debt.”

According to Skeeter Denise and her husband are now evicted from his Woodland Hills house. “They’re done. Carl’s in jail. I did all the eviction paperwork.” Also, according to Skeeter, if you put Denise’s attorney’s name in the Google search engine you get some interesting results.

“The first story that comes up is unbelievable. The fact that he has not lost his job is an oversight.” As it turns out the lawyer was the boyfriend of porn star Kelly Cook who was involved with Anthony Fanghella the main principle in thePinnFund case, where  160 investors were allegedly bilked out of $330 million over a span of seven  years. Cook herself was required to kick over $14 million in assets to settle the case.

“The lawyer was her [other] boyfriend and lived in her home,” says Skeeter. “She was also a hooker for Nici’s Girls. The attorney was living in Cooks’ Laguna Nigel home.” According to newspaper documents not only was Denise’s lawyer Cook’s boyfriend, he acted as Cook’s attorney in the SEC settlement and negotiated the deal in which Cook was required to fork over everything but $167,000 in legal fees she paid him. Cute

“I can’t believe this guy hasn’t been disbarred. He’s really tried to put a dope fiend move on me,” Skeeter adds. “He’s the attorney causing me all the problems.”

“Then a check was refunded to me from Escrow Company for $2,000 and some dollars,” Skeeter notes. “Nikita and Carl took it down to him, put it in his trust fund. He cashed it for them and gave them the money. I never got the money.” Skeeter says he also has e-mails where the lawyer is talking about having drinks with Denise and to come down and party.

“But I can’t believe the conflict of interest with Nikita on getting her her working papers then representing her and Carl at the same time in a divorce, while representing Carl in the criminal case in which he beat Nikita up. This guy is incredible. I’m building up huge amounts of paperwork against him.”
