Los Angeles- Lindsay Lohan can hardly relax after completing an extended stay in rehab, as new reports show that the star could face some controversy right off the bat.

Page Six is reporting that nude photos of the actress that were taken by her on-again, off-again boyfriend Calum Best, were stolen when his computer was hacked. While there’s no reports of who may have stolen them, they could easily wind up on the Internet.

Web site Celebslam.com claims that it has the nude photographs, and is threatening to publish them. The editor of the site claims that he chatted with Lohan about the photos, and she allegedly told him in an online chat: “All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying he got the pictures Cal took from me naked.”

Leslie Sloane Zelnik, Lohan’s publicist, told Page Six, “I know nothing about it, but her lawyers have been contacted.”

If these pictures are indeed real and are leaked, it wouldn’t be the first time that private Lohan photos have caused waves on the Internet. Earlier this summer, pictures of Lohan and MTV host Vanessa Minnillo posing in dangerous positions with large chefs knives hit the Web. Months prior to that, photos came out allegedly showed Lohan doing cocaine in a Los Angeles bar bathroom.
