Wichita- The owner of a Wichita adult book and movie store says he’s not guilty of promoting obscenity. Pricialla’s and its owner Robert Floyd were indicted in October after a Sedgwick County grand jury found one of the movies sold there breaks state obscenity laws. The movie was bought at the West Kellogg store, one of the 7 stores being investigated.
The attorney in the case says he’ll ask for a jury to decide if the store broke any laws.
No one can tell us right now what this movie shows that is any different from what the other 6 stores sell. The trial is set for December 13th. If convicted of the misdemeanor, the owner could be sentenced to 1 year in jail and a $2,400 fine.
