AMHERST, Ohio — www.cleveland.com – Two Lorain County men were arrested this week on charges they paid an underage girl to have sex with them and they streamed it on adult web-sites for profit.

Max A. Torgerson, 21, [pictured] of Amherst and Darrin Karnik, 18, of Lorain are being charged with sexual imposition, compelling prostitution, pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering obscenity and importuning.

Torgerson was arrested about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday and Karnik about 9 a.m. Thursday.

Police received a call from a woman stating that she believed that at least two men were sexually involved with her daughter and that it was being streamed on the internet, according to Amherst police.

The girl is under the age of 16.

Police discovered that the minor engaged in sexual activity at least twice in Amherst.

Police said that there may be more charges and arrests. They believe more youths under 18, both male and female, could be involved and that they were paid for their services.

Torgerson and Karnik are being held at the Lorain County Jail. Bond is set at $60,500.

They are scheduled to appear at 8:30 a.m. today in Oberlin Municipal Court.

Amherst police are still investigating.
