The broader strategy for this initiative includes targeted digital advertisements, traditional and digital billboards, and location-based campaigns situated near key retail partners and high-traffic shopping areas. The goal is to establish a connected path from brand discovery to local purchase, guiding customers from OEJ marketing to the website and then to the nearest participating store.

Joreail Armstrong, who developed the initiative for OEJ, stated that the development was intended to support more than just the brand. Armstrong noted that while customers seek speed and convenience, retailers remain crucial for trust, education, and product discovery. The initiative aims to connect these two aspects of the customer experience.

OEJ is also developing retailer marketing kits to assist stores in promoting and merchandising the brand more effectively. These planned support materials include shelf talkers, stickers, QR-code brand videos, product training sheets, display photos, social media images, email banner templates, and merchandising guides. Armstrong added that the industry functions best when brands and retailers collaborate to create demand. The objective is to simplify the next step for customers who discover OEJ online or through marketing, directing them to a trusted nearby store for purchase, thereby enhancing the customer experience, increasing sales opportunities for retailers, and supporting stores that carry the brand.
