from www.trentonian.com – Susan Finkelstein was once an infamous Phillies fan who offered to get “creative” in her barter exchange for World Series tickets.
Now her fandom status has moved on to “Notorious,” or so sayeth Philadelphia Magazine.
Finkelstein, the Philadelphia native, who was arrested in 2009 after arranging a meeting to discuss trading sexual favors for tickets, was featured in a spread for Philadelphia Magazine and on their Web site www.phillymag.com.
Finkelstein has also agreed to be a guest Thursday morning on Trentonian.com’s Trentonian Live!
In a racy photo, shot by photographer Chris Crisman, Finkelstein playfully mocks her highly publicized legal ordeal, which she still maintains was totally overblown and a complete waste of police manpower.
Finkelstein had placed an ad full of sexual innuendo looking for a pair of World Series tickets, and it was discovered online by Bensalem police officers, who lured her to a bar in their township, where she was arrested by undercover detectives.
Her mention in Philadelphia Magazine was part of a spread on different unique Phillies fans, and for Finkelstein, it was a a continuation of an attempt to both stretch the 15 minutes of fame granted her by the exposure, and to extoll her very real devotion to her favorite team.
For more on Finkelstein, check back to www.Trentonian.com Thursday morning at about 9 a.m. She’s agreed to come on and participate in a live chat, where we’ll talk baseball, her infamy, about her case, and a preview of the upcoming season.
