Wellbeing by PS at TES Prague

Wellbeing by PS, an initiative launched in 2025, provides mental health and wellbeing services for companies in high-risk and high-pressure industries. The program offers pay-as-you-go wellbeing and group support programs for teams through specialist mental health care providers. These providers are described as understanding the pressures of working in often-misunderstood industries, aiming to help businesses support the individuals behind their platforms.

All profits generated by Wellbeing by PS are directed towards supporting Pineapple Support. Pineapple Support provides free and subsidized mental health support to adult industry professionals. Wellbeing by PS will bring wellness programming directly to the TES Affiliate Conference in Prague. Yoga instructor Natalie Pereira is scheduled to host morning yoga sessions at 8 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. These sessions will focus on movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit expressed gratitude to Walter Tes and Andreas Bischoff for their contributions, stating that their donations of sponsorships at the event provided a significant presence for the organizations at TES Prague. Tanit also noted the importance of bringing Wellbeing by PS to the conference to connect directly with individuals and businesses within the industry, thanking Tes and Bischoff for their consistent support and for helping to foster discussions around mental health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing by PS was initially announced as an initiative by Pineapple Support, with Amber Madden named to head the project. According to a representative, Wellbeing by PS offers mental health care through confidential, one-to-one support sessions, group resources, and workplace training for members of the adult, gaming, gambling, and dating industries. The initiative was set to launch at the TES Conference in Prague on September 12.

Pineapple Support's Broader Engagement

Pineapple Support, a mental health nonprofit serving the adult industry, was founded by Leya Tanit in 2018. The organization's establishment followed a series of losses within the adult industry attributed to depression and other mental illnesses. Pineapple Support is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States. As of an earlier report, the organization had connected over 19,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support. An earlier report indicated that over 8,000 adult performers had been connected to these services.

Pineapple Support has a history of participation in TES Affiliate Conferences. In February 2026, Leya Tanit attended the TES Affiliate Conference in Marbella, Spain, from March 9–12. During this conference, Tanit moderated a panel titled "The High Cost You’re Not Tracking (But Already Paying For)." The panel, held on Tuesday, March 10, at 5:00 p.m., focused on the hidden financial and human costs associated with neglecting workplace mental health. Panelists included Brad Mitchell from MojoHost, Austin from Mr Skin/Kink, Daniel Keeting from Mindmood/siren.ai, and Andy Lulham from Verify.my. The discussion aimed to explore strategies for strengthening team wellbeing, supporting staff during scaling and new technology implementation, and maintaining stability during restructuring, while also addressing the rising costs of burnout, turnover, and reputational risk.

Tanit stated that mental health is often perceived as a personal issue rather than a business priority, but that data and leaders' experiences demonstrate the real cost of ignoring wellbeing. She noted that the panel provided practical ways for leaders to support their teams through growth, technological changes, and restructuring, asserting that businesses scale stronger when people feel secure and supported. During TES Marbella, Pineapple Support also highlighted Wellbeing by PS, described as its corporate wellbeing and training division.

In March 2023, Pineapple Support attended the TES Affiliate Conference in Cascais, Portugal. At that event, the organization hosted a discussion titled "Sane, Secure, Sexy?" on Friday, February 24th, focusing on how the community could better support adult content creators. Leya Tanit, Michelle Marriott (Community Outreach Chair of Pineapple Support), and Andra Chirnogeanu (Head of Business Communication of Stripchat) represented the organization and hosted the discussion. Tanit emphasized the need for an open discussion about helping content creators feel supported and appreciated by platforms and the industry. She highlighted the importance of ensuring that those working in front of and behind the camera feel confident and supported in difficult situations, aiming to create a more sustainable and attractive adult industry.

Byborg Enterprises joined Pineapple Support as a sponsor, becoming one of over 70 adult businesses and organizations committing funds and resources to the organization.
