She’s supposed to stay in there until January 3, 2011, as ordered by the court. Hearing of her finacial woes, a porn company has come forth with an offer to pay her rehab bills if she’ll do some work for them.

Unlike other porn companies who have offered struggling celebrities the opportunity to appear in a film in exchange for cash, Tube8.com is offering Lohan something much more tame. They’ve offered her a marketing consultant job that will cover the $50,000 fee, and as an added bonus, they’ll give her unlimited access to their collection of porn.

However, RadarOnline.com is now reporting that her stint in rehab is likely to cost her a little closer to $150,000. Maybe she could get some overtime pay for on-screen work with the company?
