Norcross, georgia- A man locked his wife out of their Norcross apartment after an argument.

An officer found the woman on the steps outside and asked her what was going on.

She said she was watching TV and her husband didn’t like what she was watching, so he stood in front of the television. A verbal argument then escalated into shoving. The woman admitted she had started the physical altercation.

The officer then asked the husband for his side of the story.

He said he was trying to sleep but his wife was watching pornography. He is a religious person, he said, and didn’t approve of the material.

He was trying to keep her from hitting him when he shoved her down to the floor, causing a carpet burn to her elbow, he told the officer.

Both were arrested.
