Sure doesn’t sound like he’s being silenced.
BARCELONA — Ilan Bunimovitz [pictured] was replaced by Berth Milton as Private Media Group’s CEO last week in what appeared to be a palace coup.

According to a story coming from www.xbiz.com, Bunimovitz’s attorneys are saying in a letter sent to Private that his termination was an act of retaliation in an effort to silence him and that there was no legitimate basis or cause for his purported termination.
Furthermore the letter states that Bunimovitz believes he remains Private’s CEO and that his employment benefits will continue through the term of the employment agreement.
The letter further states that Bunimovitz raised several questions regarding actions that might violate federal securities laws, fiduciary duties and other legal requirements, and because of this he was allegedly fired in retaliation.
“Under federal and state law, the purported termination is therefore unlawful, invalid and requires that Mr. Bunimovitz be reinstated to his position,” claim his attorneys.
Bunimovitz was appointed as Private’s CEO in April 2009.
