Michael Davis writes: In response to Rob Spallone first off he admits to taking the movies, he admits to demanding 15,000.00 for them and says Lowdown paid for the production of the movies. Rob does not have a dime into the company nor was he ever transferred any shares in the company. The titles of the movies that were stolen were:Raunchy Rookies 1 & 2 and Bring UM Black. The company paid for the warehouse with a company check, we also paid over 10,000.00 in improvements to the warehouse.
How can Rob take the position he is taking? We have a paper trail and feel very confident we can prove all allegations. I never gave Rob Spallone a personal loan, he stole company funds and wrote himself a check and deposited it in his own account. He owes the company 8000.00 dollars and 4 movies that include 30 solo girl scenes that were shoot for the company. As for my main occupation I have been a Real estate Developer for the past 15 years and a former magazine Publisher, IM a USC Law Grad and a former Police Officer my record speaks for itself. Rob can try to say anything to distract from his actions like most thieves do when they get caught.
