Grey, the California girl born Marina Ann Hantzis, has been knocking on mainstream entertainment’s door since her turn in Steven Soderbergh’s “The Girlfriend Experience,” and her story arc as the girlfriend to Adrian Grenier’s Vincent Chase on “Entourage” has introduced her to the nation’s HBO-subscribing living rooms.
