New York- A school aide with a foot fetish convinced an Upper West Side high school student to let him lick her toes and perform oral sex on her in his girlfriend’s car, school investigators charged yesterday.

The report from Special Schools Investigator Richard Condon’s office also accuses a veteran teacher at a West Village high school of having a sexual encounter with a student in a computer room.

Foot-loving Eugene Teague, a 25-year-old school aide, had his first run-in with an 18-year-old student in a Bronx parking lot in October while he was giving her a ride home from school, probers charge.

The girl told investigators that she and Teague had at least two other encounters in the car – a red two-door with a sunroof.

Probers said Teague admitted performing oral sex on the girl and sucking her toes twice, but not a third time.

Teague was removed from the school in December, according to the Department of Education.

Meanwhile, probers charged that Fernando Salvador, 54, also convinced an 18-year-old student to allow him to perform oral sex on her in a computer room at City as School HS last month.

Salvador was reassigned in December to a regional office pending the outcome of his case.
