In addition to the feature films, SECS Fest 2026 will present 45 short films organized into five distinct blocks. These blocks are designed to explore various facets of eroticism and sexuality. "All Tied Up," an 87-minute block, focuses on BDSM themes. "Avant-Erotica," running 68 minutes, features experimental and avant-garde works. The 82-minute block "Fuck Work!" addresses sex work-related themes. A lineup of sex comedies titled "Laugh First, Come Later" will be presented over 85 minutes. Finally, "The Shape of Us," a 94-minute block, explores relationship dynamics.

SECS Fest aims to curate films that reflect the diversity of human sexuality, including a broad range of sexual practices and orientations. The festival includes narrative fiction, experimental, animation, and documentary films, spanning genres such as drama, comedy, and romance. Programming also gives attention to films that challenge conventional expectations for sexually explicit content, including works from female and non-binary creators and films depicting underrepresented populations, to challenge heteronormativity, ableism, racism, and sexism. Archival programs are also included to explore the history of sex in cinema.

The Seattle Erotica Cinema Society, founded by DeAnna in 2013, is a non-profit organization that hosts the annual SECS Fest. The festival became an independent, non-profit film festival in 2016, having previously provided a selection of short films for the Seattle Erotic Art Festival. The mission of SECS is to bring world-class erotic cinema to Seattle audiences throughout the year and through its annual festival.
