Porn Valley- Skeeter Kerkove called Thursday night telling me he was very bummed to hear about Nicki Hunter. In a news report today, Hunter, 27, is said to be diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, a cancer that targets the lymph system.
There has been talk of fundraisers, and Skeeter said he’s received word that both Joey Wilson of 3rd Degree and Quasarman of Zero Tolerance have checks for him to square up debts from past loans.
“They just wanted to know where to send the money to, and that was two days ago,” said Skeeter.
“But I want to thank Joey Wilson for calling saying that he and Quasarman were going to settle up immediately. A portion of that money will be given to Hunter.
The story put out by AVN said that Hunter had been suffering back pains since November and in some instances she couldn’t get out of bed, they were that severe.
Anx-ray indicated that Hunter had a large mass in her chest- her thymus gland was blown up to the size of a grapefruit.
“It kind of looked like an octopus wrapped around her heart,” Amber Gleason, a friend of Hunter’s was quoted as saying.
Hunter’s is supposedly a difficult type of cancer to treat, and one that will likely affect her the remainder of her life. It was felt that Hunter could continue certain activities within the adult business but would have to forego feature dancing as well as performing in anal scenes.
Hunter was sent home from the hospital two days ago, and has begun chemotherapy treatments.
“I want to give that money to a good cause,” said Skeeter who had shot Hunter on a number of occasions.
