Ft. Lauderdale, FL/Van Nuys, CA – Alt-porn director Matt Zane and his metal band, Society 1, will be in Bakersfield, CA, next weekend, for the next NRPW wrestling taping.
Society 1 will be the opening and closing musical performances, completing the perfect trio of music, porn and wrestling.
Metal fans know Zane as the frontman for industrial band Society 1, which released its first album in 1999. To listen to Society 1’s music, fans can catch a glimpse on YouTube, or check out the band’s killer songs on iTunes.

This is the second time the pro-wrestling event will be held at The Bakersfield Dome. This time, the muscled-up guys and gals will perform for the fans on Saturday, September 20th. The show will be taped live, to be included in a new NRPW DVD to be released later this Fall (the hardcore sex scenes will be taped later; sorry folks – no nudity at the Dome!).
The title matches will be intense! Craig Valentine is pegged to go up against Tommy Gunn in the X-Rated Championship fight. Vampire Warrior will be going up against Dustin Rhodes (formerly Golddust from the WWE) and Evan Stone – who is the current NRPW Heavyweight Champion. Don’t count out some surprise ring guests, too! Sean Casey, Bull Buchanan, and Nathan Rulez are also slated to issue some body slams!
At the prior Dome event, stars like Evan Stone, Nick Manning, Tommy Gunn, Craig Valentine, Nikki Hunter, Monica Mayhem, Sean Casey went ‘under the ropes’ and ripped into each other.

The second release, Not Rated Professional Wrestling 2: Slammin’ at the Strip Club, comes out right before the Bakersfield match-up, on September 18th.
